Vintage Bridal

First of all, a huge apology for not being on here for a while, I lost my husband in August after a long battle to lymphoma. it's been a tough few months but im back :) so enjoy.
I came across this these beautiful Wedding photographs on Facebook at Rock my Wedding. I fell in love with this dress the minute i saw it. So my style, and definitely a dress i would have worn for Richard. So simple yet so elegant and beautiful, the simple lacing gives it that vintage feel along side the simple dress style.  I am totally in love with the long bow at the back too, this is just gorgeous.

L'oreal ingenuous rose // beauty

Not long a go I treated my self to this lovely pink rose nail varnish. It was in the sale basket for a bargain price of £2.50. I thought it was a price not to resist. I've not got round to wearing it yet so I thought I'd put it on tonight ready for my fresh Monday morning tomorrow.
This is a from loreal and the code colour is 209. I defiantly recommend this colour.

Garden Wedding Ideas // Alice and Wonderland

Anybody who knows me, knows that i am a fantasy kid, and i love anything unusual like the world of Alice and Wonderland. It’s been my favorite story / film of all time, and when Tim burton did his choice, it couldn’t have been any better. I love that film with a passion, it’s so exciting and so unique. Anybody who knows me. will also know, that i like to be different to everybody else. I hate copying and i hate people who copy me. I have always felt that people should have a mind if there own, their own imagination and free mind to do what you want. This is the perfect inspiration selections tonight

Engagement Ring Designed by Jenna Lawson // COVET

So, i may have been having a peak on the interbet at where my Engagment Ring was designed and made. I was really excited to see it, so i thought i would share it with my bloggers.

Amy’s palladium heart inspired engagement ring
Richard and I discussed using his and Amy’s birthstone for the palladium engagement ring. I designed the 2mm HIS brilliant cut diamond and 2mm brilliant cut blue sapphire to be pave set on a heart shaped plate to represent the love for each other. The width of the band is 2.5mm which gradually tapers towards the hearts and has a D-shape profile and polished finish.
Harriet Kelsall design is defiantly worth taking a look if you like your unique designs.

Thomas Sabo // S T Y L E

I absolutely Love Rose Gold so when I came across new pendant's Thomas Sabo this morning whilst stuck in bed poorly. I just couldn't wait to share them to my blog.
18 Carat Gold plated, these pendants make the perfect addition to any pendant of your choice. Personally, i am loving the beautiful swallow. It reminds me of spring down the farm when the swallows come down every spring and stay until late Summer. They have such personalities and fly all day long.
Thomas Sabo's Glam and Soul Collection, lets you create any Jewellery with and any style, all to your own purpose. I love it.

BRIDAL LACE COUTURE // WEDDING

I came across these images a while ago whilst i was searching along the lines of farm weddings. It was that long ago, i now can’t rememeber who the designer is. However, i have a slight wonder that is could be dolce and gabbana. Have been trying to find these images on google, but always when you want to find a certain thing, it never appears. I fell in love with these images, purely because i love hay bails, i would climb them for hours, and if i remember right, we would something do this when i was a child down the farm. i don’t think Grandpa actually liked or would really allowe us to climb the bales for out own safety  but I am pretty  sure i do have some memories climbing and having fun. I still do it, even to this very day.  Why not.
The gorgeous lace elegant garments were a big eye catching too. I love lace, and with the bridal theme going on at the moment and farm culture back ground, along with the baby lamb, what is there not to love about these sexy pieces.

RUSTIC WEDDING THEME // WEDDING

So, i have noticed that Autumn Signature colour scheme is going to be sticking around as a key trend for the SS13 ready-to-wear brides. This means a whole new autumn summer trend heading out way. something new and fresh, I like it. do you?

This trumpet-style gown, featuring a beige cotton toile trimmed in French gold embroidery, from Claire Pettibone’s Fall 2012 collection is a palette-perfect option for arange of rustic weddings. Pair the look with a muted bouquet to keep things monochromatic or punch it up with a burst of orange, yellow, and red to highlight the best of the fall season.

Currently stuck in bed poorly feeling sorry for myself, so i thought i’d do some SS13 trend research, some really exciting stuff ahead. I noticed there was a lot of neon going on and will still be big… however i am not sure it’s really going to hit the trend… what do you think?
